Haloclip Returns & Refunds Policy
At Haloclip, we are committed to quality and transparency. Because our product is a specialised, single-size design and we ship globally, we operate a Returnless Resolution policy.
To minimise our carbon footprint and save you the hassle of international postage, we do not require you to ship items back to us. If there is a problem, we will resolve it directly with you.
1. Our Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund (no physical return required) in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects: The product has a verifiable flaw in materials or workmanship.

Transit Damage: The product arrived broken or damaged upon delivery.

Fitment Issues: The product does not fit your specific device or setup, despite the sizing specifications provided on our website.
2. The "Feedback-for-Refund" Process
To claim a refund, please contact us at customerservices@haloclip.com within 14 days of delivery. To help us improve our product and prevent future issues, we require the following information to process your request:

Photographic Evidence: Clear photos showing the defect, the damage, or the Haloclip held against your device to demonstrate the fitment issue.

Compatibility Feedback: If you are requesting a refund due to a fitment issue, we require a brief explanation of:

The make and model of the device you attempted to use it with.

Where our website measurements or guides were unclear or failed to account for your specific setup.

3. Resolution & One-Size Policy

Refunds: Once your feedback and photos have been reviewed (typically within 3–5 business days), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Replacements: As Haloclip is a single-size product, we only offer replacements if your item arrived damaged or defective. We do not offer replacements for fitment issues, as we do not carry alternative sizes.

Disposal: You do not need to return the item. If the clip is functional but does not fit your needs, we encourage you to gift it to a friend or colleague, or recycle it responsibly.
4. Shipping & Carrier Issues
If your order is lost in transit or the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please notify us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the item is deemed lost, we will issue a full refund immediately. You will not be required to wait for the conclusion of a lengthy carrier insurance claim.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable global consumer protection laws.
6. Fair Use & Limitations

This "Returnless" policy applies to your initial purchase to ensure you can try Haloclip risk-free.

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of suspected fraud or where multiple repeat claims are made by the same customer or household.

Refunds are not provided for damage caused by intentional misuse or general wear and tear after the initial 14-day period.
